• Find-Any-Phone: A geolocation SaaS platform allowing users to locate a mobile phone with the consent of the phone number holder.
• Subscription: Recurring payments for the use of Find-Any-Phone services on a periodic basis.
• Target Device: Any device, such as a phone or tablet, that is tracked using Find-Any-Phone.
• Payment Information: The necessary data for making a payment, including credit/debit card details.
• Payment Service Provider: The financial institution processing payments on behalf of Find-Any-Phone.
• Subscription Month: The subscription term, which may vary in days depending on the plan. Plans of 1 and 6 months have a 28-day subscription month; plans of 3 and 9 months have a 30-day subscription month; and the 12-month plan has a 365-day term.

• You must create an account on the Site to purchase and use Find-Any-Phone services, which requires your email, password, and Payment Information.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of adulthood in your country.
• We are not responsible for any third-party data breaches involving databases or DNS servers.
• You agree not to use the Site or services in violation of any laws. We are not responsible for how you use Find-Any-Phone, and it’s your sole responsibility to comply with the law.
• You must follow all instructions provided on the Website. You will not share your account or allow others to use it without your consent. Any unauthorized access is your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Find-Any-Phone services at any time without notice.

• Once your subscription is confirmed, you can send a request to locate a phone number (“Recipient”). The Recipient will receive an SMS with your geo-location request. Acceptance of this request is entirely at the Recipient’s discretion. We do not guarantee that they will accept your request, and you will not be eligible for a refund if they refuse.
• We may resell third-party products and services. Their terms, privacy policies, and licenses will be provided separately. We are not responsible for these third-party services.

• To use Find-Any-Phone, you must place an order after creating an account.
• Pricing for subscriptions is as follows:
  • During the first 24 hours, you can test Find-Any-Phone for a fee stated on the Site (“Trial Period”).
  • After 24 hours, unless canceled, a monthly subscription is activated, automatically renewing each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
• All payments must be made via major debit/credit cards through our secure payment system. We use Stripe as a payment processor.
• Refunds may be available within 14 days of payment but are not guaranteed if you have already used the services during the Trial Period or have not disabled automatic renewal.

• We prioritize the security of your personal information, which you provide during registration and payment. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
• You are responsible for how you use Find-Any-Phone, and we do not monitor or control your usage.

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use Find-Any-Phone, which must be used legally. Consult your legal advisor if you’re unsure of its legality.
• The License expires at the end of your subscription. Violation of these Terms may result in legal action.

• The Find-Any-Phone name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• All content on the Site is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any material without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Find-Any-Phone, its affiliates, licensors, and business partners (collectively referred to as the “Related Parties”) disclaim all liability, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory. We are not liable for any losses, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, resulting from or related to your access or use of the website or the Find-Any-Phone service, even if we or the Related Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Additionally, under no circumstances shall the liability of Find-Any-Phone or its Related Parties exceed the higher of $50 or the total amount paid to us by you or your designees in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Find-Any-Phone and the Related Parties harmless from any and all claims, damages, or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the website or service, or any breach of these Terms or other policies related to the Find-Any-Phone platform.
• Find-Any-Phone reserves the right to assign these Terms to any individual or entity at any time without your consent. You are not permitted to assign these Terms without prior written approval from us, and any unauthorized assignment is void.
• If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remaining Terms will continue to be fully effective. Failure by Find-Any-Phone to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of any rights or terms.
• By using the Find-Any-Phone site or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• We reserve the right to revise these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated versions will be posted on the website. If you disagree with any part of the updated Terms, you must stop using the site and services immediately.
• Find-Any-Phone may terminate your subscription or access to the service at any time, without notice, for any valid reason, including breach of these Terms.
• We also reserve the right to deny service or terminate any user’s access, especially if they attempt to use the service to locate a device without the device owner’s consent. In such cases, all accounts related to the violating user may be blocked.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
• If your state or country’s laws prohibit the use of Find-Any-Phone, it is your responsibility to comply with those legal restrictions.
• The original, legally binding version of these Terms is written in English. Any translations are provided as a courtesy. In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
